Taping Applications

Elbow Pain
- Anchor "I" strip on behind of elbow while folding arm
- Apply "I" strip on elbow and inside of arm
- Support "X" strip on the joint of arm while folding arm


Shoulder Pain
- Anchor "Y" strip right on the lower end of deltoid muscle
- Placing hand behind back and apply a leg of "Y" on front shoulder
- Placing hand opposite shoulder and apply a leg of "Y" on the other shoulder
- Support "I" strip on shoulder

Low Back Pain
- Bending forward and anchor a "Y" strip in central of spine area
- Apply the tape upward as shown
- Support "I" strip across "Y" strip as shown

Knee Pain
- Sit down on chair and bend the knee.
- Anchor "Y" strip to the thigh
- Apply strip around the kneecap

Calf Pain
- Stretch Achilles by raise up top of the foot.
- Anchor a "Y" strip above the achilles.
- Run the two legs along the side of the calf.
- Anchor a "I" strip on bottom of foot.
- Apply "I" strip above of achilles.
- Apply "I" strip under gastrocnemius.

Foot Pain
- Anchor "Edema" strip on the heel
- Apply 4 legs on the sole as shown
- Support "I" strip around sole

Neck Pain
- 고개를 최대한 숙여서 목 주변 근육을 최대한 늘린 상태에서 테이핑한다.
- Y 테이프의 끝을 뒷목 아래 중앙 부위에 붙인 후, 두 가닥의 테이프를 목의 옆면에 하나씩 붙여준다.
- I 테이프를 목 뒷부분에 가로지르도록 보강해 준다.

Twist and tear
the tape around 10%

Pull the tape
in both directions

Peeling back either side backing papers and ready to taping.
